Personal Training

  • After your initial consultation, I will design a 5 week training programme that is relevant to you & your goals.

  • The package includes - 1 x 1hr session per week (total 5 sessions) | training schedule/workouts for rest of week | lifestyle & nutrition advice | 24/7 support | 5 week health & fitness re-testing


Yoga class

A fun mind/body class - we start with some breathwork and then move into a combination of movements inspired by yoga, Pilates and T'ai Chi designed to build strength, flexibility, and improve balance and mobility. Followed by 5-10 minutes of relaxation.

Cardio class

A really fun class which is not only good for your physically, but also mentally. A mix of bodyweight strength training and circuit style cardio work. This is a great mood booster & a fantastic way to scorch those calories.

Wellness Massage

A relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage using essential oils to help relax your mind & body. Sometimes you just need to take some time out and slow down - a massage can help you do that.

45 mins relaxation massage | $45 | mobile massage available (travel costs may be added) | Please enquire
